Extended Stay is a three level hotel. The outside stairwells are grimy, that needs to be power washed.

The staff was accommodating, and the full kitchen in the room made it convenient for our family. On the downside, the room had a persistent smoke and mildew smell, likely due to smoking in common areas. We encountered issues with housekeeping and air conditioning that compromised our stay. Despite these drawbacks, my children enjoyed their time, and the overall atmosphere was relatively quiet.

The beds were very comfortable , and the top floor was a plus because there was no overhead traffic. The staff was very accommodating to our request.

It was just a well-suited match for a quick layover in Mobile with value for money. The in-room kitchen setup was convenient for fixing a quick meal. Bring your own food for the breakfast, as the choices are quite limited.

I had to change the number of night to a smaller upon checkin. That was a big problem for this hotel.
